Carrier Sales Representative is an entry-level position that focuses on the movement of commodities from one city to another anywhere in North America. FSL sellers are responsible for your accounts from start to finish. As a carrier sales representative, you will be prospecting customers, negotiating rates, and developing long-term relationships. You’ll own your accounts from start to finish.
Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Carrier Sales Representative, your key responsibilities are to establish and grow relationships with carrier partners while providing best-in-class service.
- Focus on building new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
- Manage the carrier partners that you secured as you introduce new relationships to your portfolio.
- Sharpen your negotiation and customer service skills alongside your Carrier Sales team and manager.
- Build internal relationships with our Business Development team members and work together to find the best solution for their clients.
- Emphasize service – you will be measured on KPIs like on-time deliveries and proactive tracking.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or higher (Prefer Associate or Bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Preferred understanding of the transportation industry
