What is FSL?

FSL is owned by Fraley and Schilling Holdings. In 1999, FSL started with the intention of servicing Fraley and Schilling customers at peak times. As time went on, we saw an opportunity to expand and use our industry knowledge to service even more shippers. Our mission as an asset-based brokerage is to bring shippers and carriers together in an effort to provide a solution that benefits all parties. We use our vast industry knowledge and innovative solutions to provide the highest level of customer service for our partners.

We are 100% employee-owned, also known as an ESOP. What is an ESOP?

In 2023, Fraley and Schilling Holdings transitioned from a family-owned company to an ESOP or Employee Stock Ownership Plan. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan or “ESOP” is a qualified retirement plan. It is subject to essentially the same rules as a 401(k) plan except it invests in its own company stock. The employees will share in the future appreciation of the business without financial risk or cost.
